Return Process

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and safely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  Once your request is approved, we will dispatch our courier to your address to collect the parcel at a time that suits your schedule.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
